    Had a rough holiday weekend foodwise. Paying for it with water weight LOL. Working to add more veg to my daily intake. It's really hard for me, but doing it!

    A positive thought for the week: started teach muay Thai which means a new type of learning for me.

    Best workout this week: Hill run left me with two days of muscle pain.
    Slowly reining in eating, managed to have deficit 5 out of 7 days.
