Freezer prepped meals for crock pot?

I am working in the evenings, and when I get home, I'm usually starving. I would love to be able to throw something in the crock pot and have it ready when I get home.
What would be even MORE helpful, is to be able to prep and freeze it first.
I have found a total of 5 recipes like this online. They're great because you literally put the raw ingredients in the freezer bags, freeze, thaw when ready, and throw in the crock pot.
Anyone have any low carb recipes like this?

I found a Keto cookbook on amazon for free all freezer/crockpot meals let me find it and I'll share the link

one of my fav's is onion green pepper can of tomato and steak. I'm not keto as you can tell I love tje steak with a bit of tomatoe so good.0
