Hey there CC friends and fellow refugees (and NEW MFP friends)! Flintflash has finally set up shop here on MyFitnessPal. I am NOW Flintflash1 (since someone has taken my old call name). I am a 49 year old Male NOT a 65 year old woman (though I am sure she is very nice)...LOL! So find me at Flintflash1. I am looking forward to locating ALL my old CC supporters and friends!
