I think I have a chocolate mousse recipe but haven't made it yet. The cream cheese pancakes you'd never know were not regular pancakes!0

Do you have any good recipes using the unblanched almond meal? I bought the wrong one, intending to buy the finer flour. And since the meal is coarser it offers fewer good applications, maybe some sort of muffin?0
