Glad to have lost despite having a full house of sick people to take care of this week, all who were so kind to share their germs with me as well. So, walking is my workout choice this week until I'm feeling better. Which means that I'll really have to monitor my foods. I'm up for the challenge though because there is no other option!

Third week in a row that I have lost weight later I have been having trouble normally I would lose then stay at the same weight then lose again or gain. It will be nice next week to make it four weeks in a row of losing weight but I am due to be on TOM next week so as long as I don't gain next week I will be happy if I stay at the same weight but it will be nice to lose again.1 -
