April 1 : How is everyone doing?

One month down, how did everyone do? What are your plans/goals for April? I was all over the place in March. Up & Down. I dont officially weigh in until monday, but as of today I have lost a total of 2.2 pounds. Not great for one month, but its a start. For April my plans are to exercise more. Hopefully winter is over and I can go to the track everyday. I really need to work on my arms too. Its a new month.... Lets do this!

    2.2 lbs is great! I am wanting to exercise more for April also! I am going to try to keep up the arm exercises as well! Thanks for the posting bm1409!
