Tomorrow I am having an ultrasound to determine if I need my gallbladder removed. I have been having painful attacks which I believe are gallbladder attacks off and on since surgery. At first I thought it was just my sleeve healing. Anywho, I am going to have the surgery in Mexico like I did for my sleeve. My question is, how long is the recovery really from this? I hate to lose more time from work. Freaking out a little bit.

I've still have my gall bladder so I'm sure of the down time. I've heard it's more painful than the weight loss surgery but I don't understand why. It would seem removing the gall bladder would be less invasive than removing part of the stomach or having a total bypass. Sending you a prayer for a speedy pain free recovery if surgery is required.
