Woah I sound all official! Seriously though, as I continue to grow my business and spam you all I gradually look more and more legit.

So what's this about?

Well, I've created a document showing all of my "offerings" and also a convenient method for you to inquire about my services.

    Nice! I might be interested in program design help once I've gotten through YAYOG and am less pathetically weak than I am right now. ;)

    Don't hesitate to reach out.

    Just keep in mind that I work with a very wide range of strength levels and some of my clients quite literally don't even lift, and there's nothing wrong with that.

    I only mention this so everyone is aware that you don't need to be of a certain strength level in order to benefit.

    That being said, YAYOG is a good program and I'm sure you'll do well on it.
