I cut my portions down, a lot - and was hungry, a lot lol I hit a plateau and was stuck for a long time, and once I had enough of feeling deprived and hungry all the time with no actual results, I stopped and the weight was starting to creep back up. Since finding keto, I am rarely hungry and never feel deprived, and moved past (and well beyond) my plateau. I am at my lowest weight since I was 19 (12ish years) and so thankful.4 -
