    Down 2.6 this week. That get me back to .2 above my lowest weight I hit four weeks ago.

    Man the struggle to lose after a 3# gain made me focus! Getting a big loss is Good and now I will try to add another loss next week.

    Stringing together two losses, no matter how small, is my goal for April's next two WIs.

    WTG Jim! Isn't it amazing how quickly we can gain 3 pounds and how long it takes to get rid of it?

    AMEN!
    Made me think of being on a roller coaster, remember the SLOW deliberate pace to get to the top of the first crest... then the super fast ride. Down that first hill!
    Why isn't weight gain like that? Grrrr

    For me the recovery from one bad WI is two or three weeks. I guess the easy solution is DON'T GAIN, Dummy!

    Congrats Jim! Nice recovery!

    I'm down 1.6. This makes 4 weeks in a row with losses of 1# or more. I'm on a roll and very pleased with my progress :)

    @linmueller wow you're on a roll!
    Curious, did you make significant change to how you are LTL? Or just plodding forward working the Plan? Whatever it is IT'S WORKING! Congrats

    I was tempted to do 'something' but just plodded along instead. Just working the plan :)
