FYI, the Lowcarber site produces a detailed report of nutrition facts for the foods you enter, with breakdowns of vitamins, minerals, lipids, amino acids, etc., on request.

Here's a sample showing just vitamins and minerals.

    Tried joining (The more the merrier, and you can't get enough help with this!) and there's a problem for me with the registration submission action. It's a technical 'issue', and support have been alerted, apparently.... Don't know if anyone else is experiencing similar....

    ETA: Ssss'okay, I'm in.... anyone else there?
