Yesterday, it was so wonderful to see the way so many members of our UAC team expressed their care and support for other members. We do need each other!

You don't know how much I needed you guys. I love the photo today. All I kept thinking was about a woman at the bank 20 years ago she waited till her daughter got married then a week later she drowned herself in the neighbors pond. I went to the branch I got reamed out I took a few deep breaths then I proceeded to look at the problem and found the problem before we opened. The relief that swept over me I just cried. They were like why would you get upset. Ok 3 supposedly managers looked for the problem and did not find it . Good news I go back to the main office Tuesday. Can I do the position yes do I want it NOPE. Life is too short I like being happy.7

That's great news @2020pinktogo, I'm so glad your day turned out okay.
To all of you, thanks for all your support yesterday, it really helped to keep me on track when things aren't going so well. In the past I would always have used a day like that as an excuse to overeat and do no exercise but as @phoebelayla said this cold won't get me off track.

Today has been a much better day. Tried to go out for a bike ride this afternoon once the rain stopped but had a puncture so went for a run/walk instead (the running was still a bit too much today)
Tracked everything and managed to stay under calories despite eating 2 hot cross buns.
Also turned out my closet and have another 2 bags of too large clothes to take to the charity shop including a couple of my favourite dresses that now look like sacks. Am going to do a little shopping tomorrow but don't want to do too much as I'm only about 3kg from goal.6 -

This morning, I did another cardio/strength interval set for 43 minutes. The victory is that I usually can only do 2 cardio/strength sets per week. The rest of the days are walking. My cardio and strength were challenged and nothing to brag about...but I did it.

Nicely done @RangerRickL! I find it challenging to get that third strength training session per week in, and it is always in my goal list.
I am going to do it! Eating well so far- eating what I brought and food I had planned. Had a nice run early this am, and did squats, lunges and push-ups on the beach while keeping my eye on the boys.

A good day. Did lots of house cleaning this morning; a good workout. Ready for the Easter weekend. Tracked and stayed within my calorie limit.

Glad to hear everyone survived yesterday and with GREAT results. We are an AWESOME team and together we can do anything.
Had a busy day today exercise, yes, 30 minutes exercise bike, about 2 hours housework and another 2 hours doing food prep. Did the rest of my easter molds today as well.
calories, yes was close to my allowable but did not go in to any exercise ones

Hope everyone has a GREAT Easter weekend. We are planning a big brunch with my sons and families. Will be making lots of goodies but I have faith in myself that I will stay within my goals.3 -
@5cheetahs I would not be putting myself over in calories if I did not use any of my exercise calories. In my mind they are there for days when I go a little bit over in my daily calories. You are doing a great job! Give yourself credit and enjoy your success. I have faith in you!2

@am_change LOL when I saw your post it reminded me of when my daughter was little she use to say over and over "I'm a big brave dog." I have 1 more day then I am at the main office I can do this.2

Went to Walmart after work to get some things for my grandkids for Easter. It was late and I was tired after a 12 hr and 10,000 step day. I looked at all the treats I usually get for myself but made a conscious choice NOT to get them as I did not want to go over my calories then have to post it here. So thank you for helping me stay on track!! Usually Walmart is a 600-900 calorie trip!!4 -
