I am with you TTRiley! I tried eating according to this (I have about 30 more pounds to lose) and I dont think it works for me! It is an amazing way to eat to maintain my 50lb weight loss, but not get more off. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

If you are finding that you aren't losing weight then your macros/calories are set too high! I lost 10 lbs with it (From 128 lbs. I am now at 118 and not sure what direction I want to head in). There are a lot of different TDEE calculators- if you are only using the iifym.com one try maybe another calculator. Sometimes you have to play around with the numbers a bit to figure out what works for you and what doesn't. But if you are eating less calories than you burn you WILL lose weight. And flexible dieting will help you maintain muscle mass as much as possible while you lose (lifting will also) because it prioritizes protein.
