Hi and welcome.
You definately do not need to be on WW. However, many of us are, or were following the WW program. Jump in and add your two cents anytime, but be warned, we're pretty much a no BS group.

Thanks Howard - I don't mind the no BS.. I try to be a fairly straight shooter (but keep a sense of humor at the same time)1
