    Walked 3.9 miles in light rain this morning. Still good to get out.

    I was on business travel and was putting in a lot of hours. I am sure I could have made time to get to the board, but I didn't. I am glad to be back, though.

    I went 5.6 yesterday by the Bay. Longest walk this year and possibly in over a year. But feeling it a bit on my back. I just finished 3.1 easier ones today
