amino acids- BCAA

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to eat the BCAA you need. Without supplements. Very poor vegan here trying to lift some weights and do some yoga on a daily basis.

    Hey there,

    Here are a few BCAA sources:

    Leucine: soybeans and lentils
    Isoleucine: almonds, cashews, and chickpeas
    Valine: peanuts, sesame seeds, and lentils

    Chickpeas and lentils are super cheap :) What results are you trying to achieve?
