Mini Challenge: April 25th to May 1st

Okay, I promised a fun mini challenge to make up for the clean eating challenge:
The mini challenge for this week is to watch TV :)

Pick one or two to try this week, if you don't see one for a show you watch, there are a ton of these on the internet. I'm definitely going to do the Big Bang Theory one as it is always airing somewhere. There is also one just to do during commercials.

Have fun and burn some calories!

    This is a fun one! I am a hockey fan and created something like this for the hockey games. I would workout during the first & second period and then enjoy the rest. I think I did stuff like walk on my treadmill during 5-on-5 play, run during a penalty kill & commercials, 5 burpees when the other team scored a goal, dance when my team scored until play resumed (usually about 1-2 minutes with all the replays and stuff), etc...
    I'm gonna do the commercials challenge since I do have to get my Bravo fix!

    I love these! They are so fun! You can also find them for kid movies too, so you can watch a movie with the kids and also get your workout in. Mine do them with me and think it's so fun.

    Never mind. I found an NCIS one (I'm a crime drama addict). Barb @TheCupcakeCounter I found one for Bravo.

    Since this started yesterday, and I just saw it, told my hubby I HAD to watch a bunch of NCIS episodes to catch up...What a shame....This one is going to be fun.

    Hahaha this thread has is the COOLEST workouts I've ever seen. I couldn't find anything HGTV related or Criminal Minds, Paw Patrol or Ninja Turtles related so my brother is forcing me to catch up with House of Cards...I started Season 1 over a month ago and realized I didn't have the leisure life to binge watch anymore BUT I think I will do this Saturday. I think he said the new season is coming the end of a May. Yay! IM EXCITED :#

    @SmithsonianEmpress , Jessica, this is a cool challenge for sure. I'm doing NCIS and today on Oxygen there is an NCIS marathon...well guess I will just have to work all three workouts that I found...tough job, but someone has to do it...lol One of my workouts is all Abs, and my abs are the weakest and are so sore today Thanks, again.MJT

    NCIS marathon on USA...Needed to break to do the mini challenge...between decorating 3 cakes and 60 cake pops for granddaughters daddy/daughter dance tonight. Did three different shows. Love this mini challenge!!!
