Each participant needs to accumulate 600 minutes of exercise within 14 days 2 sessions per week x 2 weeks gives you 240 minutes already!
Nutrition Logging
One full week of logging your foods in the nutrition log/Myfitnesspal app.

    And that 120 is just counting what we did in class - a group of us went running together yesterday (+50), and more!
