Weeks 3 and 4 Challenges
Challenge 2 Weeks 3 - 4: May 8th - May 21st Variety Show - Mix It Up Class Variety Take 3 different types of classes within 14 days (total body conditioning, yoga, tabata, cycle, etc.) Food Proportions Focus on protein at each meal and snack (30/30/40) 30% fat-30% protein-40% carb
Week 1 and 2 Challenges
Challenge 1Weeks 1-2: April 24th - May 7th Minutes of Exercise Each participant needs to accumulate 600 minutes of exercise within 14 days 2 sessions per week x 2 weeks gives you 240 minutes already! Nutrition Logging One full week of logging your foods in the nutrition log/Myfitnesspal app.
