Variety Show - Mix It Up Class Variety
Take 3 different types of classes within 14 days (total body conditioning, yoga, tabata, cycle, etc.)
Food Proportions
Focus on protein at each meal and snack (30/30/40)
30% fat-30% protein-40% carb
