Ok, How do I estimate micros...I am currently set at 5% carbs, 65% fat, and 30% protein? I am 5"2 39 and weigh 140 (weight fluctuates between 138-140. I am trying to get down to 125 lbs. I have been lifting weights most mornings and running in the evenings and I have only lost about 6 lbs in the last month...

Only 6Lbs? That's great with so little to lose. What information are you trying to obtain about your micros?

There are a bunch of different "keto calculators" online. From what I've seen/read in my (limited) research the weight loss keto percentages seem to usually be around 75% fats, 20% proteins, 5% carbs of your total daily calories. But, of course everyone is different.

6 pounds in a month should not be preceded by the word ONLY...
That's more than a pound a week with maybe 15 pounds to lose.
    Your expectation is too high.

Micros? I don't worry about micros. I eat a wide variety of foods and I don't worry about our heavily depleted soils. Eating carrots from heavily mineral depleted soils is better than not eating carrots at all in my mind. I focus on mAcros of fat protein and carbs.

Perhaps you meant mAcros in the topic. 5%, 65% and 30% should fine for macros. 6 pounds is an excellent loss for your 1st month starting at only 13-15 pounds higher than you desire. Don't change a thing. You're doing great.

I also think you meant macros. If you want to track micros (things like vitamins, minerals, etc. you would need a web site like https://cronometer.com/ . Unfortunately there is no way to transport info from MFP over to that site. If you hit the macros you should be ok with the micros.

This site has some great info on nutrient density in foods https://nutrientoptimiser.com/
There are some very helpful food lists for different issues on there.
