Cardio Goal

During the new 30 day shred you will want to get in 60 minutes of cardio exercise every day. This should be on top of what you already do. So if your job usually requires you walking all day, you don't want to count that as your cardio. This should be an ADDITIONAL 60 minutes of cardio. If you're extra busy, you can break this up throughout the day. But make sure you get that 60 minutes a day.
