Wedding anniversary this week was celebrated bigger than just horseback riding. Plus, a birthday party in the same weekend. Hate it when I have to re-lose the weight.4 -
@MegansMom2011 give yourself some credit, you've just started running, which is a new type of workout for you, so can cause a little water retention, as well as maybe acquiring some through higher sodium intake/alcohol if you've had a bit of a treat for your anniversary 0.6lb is nothing to worry about and will probably disappear in a day or two when you've flushed it out with some water. I am up and down by way more than that daily. Have attached my progress chart below, normal daily fluctuations for me can reach as much as 3.5lbs.
