Less Sweating?

I live in Florida and its usually hot and humid and with any amount of mild physical exertion- even when I was 50lbs lighter- I'm usually just dripping sweat in two minutes. I just started eating Keto a few weeks ago and only a few pounds down so far but exercising in my hot garage today I was dry except for a little perspiration on by forehead.

Interestingly the only remedies I see online are for excessive sweating are prescription meds or sprays, Iontophoresis (electrical impulses to temporarily disable the sweat glands), Botox and surgery (cutting a nerve in the chest that triggers excessive sweating or to surgically remove some of the sweat glands entirely.) Seems way simpler to modify the diet.

Anyone else find this to be true?

Although I have not experienced this, this WOE will cause you to lose more water through urination, so be careful that this is not a matter of dehydration.

I'm actually the opposite, I think I sweat more on this WOE. regarding dehydration, I stop/less sweating when I'm dehydrated.

dear god I'd give my lift tit to not sweat as much. Seriously. I don't sweat more but I really don't sweat any less.

I hope this is not the case, but have you had your thyroid checked? Keto is great for a ton of people, but I was one of the unlucky ones who had some thyroid issues with it. Not sweating can be a hypothyroid symptom. If that ends up being your issue, you can still do low carb. Just bump them up to at least 75 g or more.
