Subway Sandwich Idea

I saw this idea elsewhere and thought I could share it here!

At subway instead of getting bread for your sandwich, ask for their egg or egg white patty. It folds up nicely (like a pita) and you can put all of your meat/toppings in it.

This morning I stopped in Subway and ordered an egg white patty with 4 slices of turkey breast, 2 slices of cheese, and my veggie toppings with a small squirt of honey mustard.

Only 225 calories and 23 grams of protein, so for breakfast on the run, this isn't a bad option. Plenty of protein and no bread (which saves 200+ calories alone!)

Is that an allowable substitution on their menu, or is it an "order and have the guy figure out what to charge you" kind of thing. Either way, great idea!
