Hi there,
I have seen this stuff mentioned in a few posts, but because the title of the posts are about something else, I can't find all the good info. I was wondering if those that have experience with it would mind posting their data/experiences with it and maybe have this discussion linked in the sticky?

My son had recurring ear infections as a toddler, I put him on pychnogenol and he never had another one. He's 23 now, and he works in a steel factory and still takes it every day, he says if he runs out his joints start to hurt. I keep him supplied. I also take it every day or my joints hurt, I started after the doctors said they had no idea why I had pain and they couldn't help other than to give me painkillers, that was probably within a year of him being on it. My mother has been on it for longer than us, it cleared up her PMS issues and she's the healthiest person of her age that I know.

I started with Kaire - who doesn't sell it anymore due to legal issues with the patent, currently I use LifePlus...brand definitely matters, some are better than others, there are a lot of good ones and a lot of terrible ones, read review and see what works best for you.

Pycnogenol and Berberine are two interesting supplements relative new to me. They may have fixed my IR for starters.
