Getting Started

Things I started yesterday and will try to keep up:

1. Drinking more water. I usually am pretty good, but some days I forget. Shooting for 3 liters while at work.
2. Not drinking wine (or Thursday night margaritas) with my women posse. This one is hard, I won't lie.
3. Adding two more days of working out. Currently at three.
4. Walking after dinner (thank you Gail).
5. Stretching. I always forget.

    This week at 214lbs. So I am looking forward to seeing how close I get to getting out of the onederland at the end of this six weeks.
