Overnight porridge... synful or free?

Hi all. I've rejoined slimming world and go to group each week. They told me about overnight porridge, made with oats, yoghurt and fruit. It's SCRUMMY! But I'm confused. Does it have syns or is it free? If it has syns how can that be.. surely all the ingredients are good and healthy? Can anyone help?

    The porridge would count as your hexb. The yogurt will be syn free if you buy syn free Yogurts. Check on the slimming world app which Yogurts are free x
