Monthly Weight Loss Challenge Results (June)

This challenge is to weigh less at the end of the month than you weigh at the beginning of the month. It is NOT about trying to lose as much weight as possible in a month, and it's not a competition. This is about taking a slightly longer view than a week at a time to gauge progress, and it's about not letting too many weeks get away without progress.
Each month, post your starting weight (or post "x" if you're not comfortable sharing your weight.) The follow-up post will be made at the beginning of the next month. As an option, post ONE thing you will be focusing on for the month related to health/weight loss.

I'm still VERY much in loss mode, so I'll continue to weigh, measure, and track my intake. I'll also continue my exercise with bike riding.....5 -

Minus 3.2 a little below my pound a week goal but I have been going down since January starting weight of 231.2.
June goals get back to the little things I have let slide lately: drinking water, getting 10K steps daily, not celebrating a good weight loss with a bag of cashews!!!
My 1 June WI was +2.4 the same amount I lost on 25 May. The battle goes on.4 -
May 1: 182
June 1: 177.5
UGW: 150-155 maintenance range
Dropped 4.5. Pretty much on track for a lb a week.
I still have another 27.5 lb to drop before starting maintenance, so a lot of work ahead of me.4 -
May 2: 207.4
May 31: 205.4
Minus 2.0 Had a few rough patches but didn't derail June goal is to be more relentless in tracking4 -
April 30 - 126.0
May 31 - 125.2
Minus .8 for the month, a little less than my goal of 1 lb/month.3 -

May 31 - 284.6
minus 9.6 for the month. I'm in loss mode, as well. I started a run/walk program. I'm about 5 weeks into it. It is painfulbut it helps...

looks a lot better over a month than week to week. Thanks for starting this, I hope to make goal weight this month, then I can track staying there for the victory.
