Bleeding after weight loss and menopause

Hi, all.
According to my doctor, I have been officially post menopausal for two years. A few weeks ago, I told my husband I felt like I was ovulating. Sure enough, I was shocked to discover a "period" a couple of weeks later, just like I used to do. I do have a doctor's appointment, so I am getting it checked out, but my question to you is have you had a hormone surge and had a small period after menopause? I've lost 56 pounds in 2.5 years.

Very glad you are going to the doctor to check it out. Praying it is a one time thing and not going to be a problem for you. I hope it never happens to me ... 45 years of periods was enough.0
