Aaargh!! Thread search!

I had a nice discussion with some members yesterday evening (June 3rd 2017) on calculating calories, and how 1g of food (protein, carbs) equals 4 kcals, 1g of fat = 9kcals.... and for the absolute life of me, I cannot find it!! WTF!!!
I have hunted every thread from first page one, to last on page 3... ridiculous!! If anyone can help me locate the thread and post - I'd be SO grateful!!

And I thought I posted a response, but it isn't showing here. If you're looking for something specific, ask the group. Chances are someone saved a link to a post, is following the topic themselves, has a really great memory, remembers it started on a different topic, or something... I think the people here are our greatest resource!1
