Mid year already!!

I am grateful I have finally made it to my goal weight and slightly under. How are the rest of you doing?

Well I haven't been doing so good. However I am back on track as of yesterday so hopefully I can now move forward and get the rest of this weight off. I am grateful I am walking more and that yesterday I had the opportunity to walk some around the neighborhood, today more rain and its already begun.

Where is everyone? Must be out in the sunshine and fresh air.

Hope everyone is having an easy time of it this week.

This lady sounds awesome to me. Next time you think you can't do something, remember her:

I; here, its been raining and raining. Today is brighter and its not suppose to rain. We need a break from it. Hopefully today I'll get some walks in after PT. Wishing everyone a good day.

I've put this in the interesting reading and videos stickie as well so it doesn't get lost in the threads. Well worth the time to view it.

I was asked on my newsfeed about my fasting.
I mix it up, some 24,48, 80+ upto 108 hrs. I started this in early April. I have to break them sometimes, but for the most part it goes very smoothly. I like the feeling I get after breaking the fasts the most. And I have gotten lower than my original goal doing this.
