    I think I'll skip the burpees until you puke part, but I can totally get behind getting up at the *kitten* crack of dawn. I feel better on early days, guaranteed.

    I was doing so well getting up early, I would get up at 4:30 take my NO and then by 5 ready for my workout, but then the time change came and even if I wake up at that time (which I normally do anyhow) I can't seem to drag myself out of bed, which then in turn makes me have to workout when I get out of work, which I HATE doing. But I do it. Uggh. Burpees suck. That is all. lol
