Everyone says it, but just how do you do it? How do you take the guidelines of the WW program and turn them into a lifestyle you can live every day...from now on? That is what we are here to explore. Each weekday, a new topic is offered up for discussion. Newbie? Join in! Veteran? Join in! Your thoughts may be just what someone else needs to hear.

Decided to jump in and save the day.
My go to is 120gm. FF Greek Yogurt, 2 Splendas, and about 3/4 Cup each blueberries and strawberries. Yum! (1SP)

Thanks @Al_Howard ! Mine for a while has been sugar-free jello with a spritz (alright, maybe a couple) of whipped cream. If it goes on after that, meaning I'm actually hungry, an ounce or two of lean deli turkey or FF ham.

Bryers no sugar added. I dont count points anymore

When i started there was some sort of WW 2 point ice cream cup. Then i moved to WW fudge bars that i knocked off the stick and ate with a spoon because it lasted longer. Always had some sort of frozen treat as after dinner snack. Always planned. Frozen treats seem the most bang for the points.

Airpopped popcorn. 3 Tbls kernals sprayed with butter flavored olive oil, and sprinkled with ranch flavor popcorn seasoning. 4 SP ... or two if I shared it, but I don't! :p

Greek fat-free plain yogurt with Cocoa powder, sweetener and cherries. Points depend on how much I eat. Never more then 3, 1 cup of yogurt and the rest is free! Can be as low as 1 for 1/2 cup and it always satisfies me.

I do calories instead of points, but I love a big bowl of oatmeal with some protein powder mixed in (Quest Cinnamon Crunch works great in oatmeal!) to round out the day. Keeps me full and stops the nighttime snack urge.

Apparently I'm the odd man out. When I get home from work (typically between 6-7pm except Wednesdays when it is closer to 9pm), I sit and pet my kitties for awhile, chat with my husband, and then head to bed. I have no interest in food. I also get up at 4:30am every day.

Thanks @Al_Howard for posting this question. Having thought about it saved me tonight when I had no DPs left. Had yogurt w/cherries. Satisfied my hunger and my desire for 'something', and only one into my WPs.

Lately it has been Dreyers double churned ice cream, or halo top.
