Because we really like KCM, lets do one of her workouts this week. I'm going to do...
TRIM DOWN ... it's hand weights and boxing moves.
If you don't have that workout, do one of KCM's that you like then post what and how you did.
Which DVD would you like to see next week?
Let us know what you think. Have fun.

I was planning on doing one of hers this morning. A boxing one also. But then I was revisited with a nasty headache. I will look at it tomorrow and let you know which it is. Love KCM.

Chris which workout are you going to do on TRIM DOWN? I know there is more than one on each DVD. I do have it and once I looked at it I remember I like it.
I have to work the county commissioners meeting tonight. So hopefully I will get done in time to do this one.

I'll do the first one. Hoping to get it done tonight. Worked w/our trainer this morning, so I we'll see...

OK, I will do the first one also. Sounds like you already got in your workout for today.
Shelley0 -
You're right. My body does NOT want to do anymore of anything! Tomorrow is a new exercise day.

Did the first one last night. Loved it. Tomorrow will try to do the second and compare them!

Sorry, Ronan sapped all my energy...we walked 5 miles yesterday and 5 miles today. Our trainer worked us over good this afternoon. We'll be seeing her tomorrow morning and then not for a week. I'll have 7 days to account for.
Saturday and Wednesday DDD will take Admin tests to be a principal. If she passes the tests she doesn't have to take the classes which are $$$. Keep your fingers crossed for her. This means that we will have Ronan and Bean from about 6:00 a.m. until...we don't know when on Sat and form 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. SIL will be going with her. Oh, man!! Cross your fingers for us!!

Wow!!! She is on the fast track for sure if she passes. Got my toes crossed for her to. I sure will be wishing her well. OK Chris let's get cracking tomorrow! The first workout was really making me move my shoulder. Good for it also. I like the punch combos. And the squats are good for us. The planks were great. I just was wondering where the burpees were!
Shelley0 -
Chris, That is so exciting. Toes crossed!
Shell, Is that your new tang? So gorgeous-ioso!
Paula0 -
Paula that is a regal angel. There is a regal tang though. I do have a little baby tang. Not a regal though. The little tang will be joining the angel in am observation tank on Monday. It is almost done with the quarantine period.
Chris hoping you have good news for us!

Hi! Paula!!!
Well, Sara said she feels really good about the exam. She had to watch a couple of videos of teachers teaching and read a bunch of papers then break them down for weaknesses and strength and some other administrator stuff. She said there was a lot, but she didn't have any trouble with it. Her next exam is Wednesday. Then it will be five weeks before she knows the results. I'll keep you posted.

Five weeks! I hate waiting!0

Me too!! Well, we got our walk in this morning - 5.25 miles - then I shopped and then I made soup. In a bit we are going to meet the kids at iYogurt to have self-serve yogurt in celebration of DDD's End of School Year. YEAH!!
Now, I must confess...our trainer had a family emergency in Canada and will be gone all next week. She has instructed us to only walk while she is gone...no other exercising...she said we need a break, too. However...I don't know if I can do that. I'm still going to put up another KCM workout for next week. We shall see if the guilt sets in or not. tee hee hee...
Chris0 -
I say a workout without the trainer is a break! So do a KCM with me! Yogurt is yummy! Nice way to celebrate.
OK the second workout was fun. Lots of punches and combinations. Not as tough as the first one. But a good workout just the same. I am ready for week two of KCM!
