Drinking Water at Gym Post RnY.

I am having the worst time drinking water when I'm working out at the gym. Not that I don't want to drink, I just get a slight pain in my pouch I would guess, when I get a drink... I try for a sip, I don't think I'm getting too much, but I have the slight ping of pain, and feel like I need to burp, but don't.
-I have a wide mouth water bottle, I'm afraid if I used a squeeze bottle, I'd end up using it like a straw, and since I'm 3 weeks out, straws are a no-no still.
Anyone have any suggestions for this odd issue? I do so much miss chugging my water.

Three weeks out you are still healing. Give it a few months and things will settle down. Everyone is different, but it changes as you get further out from surgery.
I still can't chug, but when I am out golfing in the sun I can get through a couple of liters per round.2 -
Thanks!! I'll get a squeeze bottle, and see if it helps.
I know I need to keep myself hydrated, I definitely dont want to become dehydrated.
