My favorite breakfast souffle! I make these as individual servings on make them on Sunday for the whole week

1/4 c of liquid egg whites- 1P
1 oz cheese- 1P
Onions and tomatoes (insignificant number of carbs)
3 oz shredded hash brown (this may vary based on the brand you use) 2 C
2/3 tsp olive oil (i put this on when I heat them up) 2F

I place hash browns in cups first and pre-cook them to get crunchy before layering onion, tomato, maybe a couple of spinach leaves even, then cheese, and pour over the egg. Place in 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Slightly under-cooking is a good idea so that they don't get dry when re-heating.

Any suggestions for the Avocado oil on the chicken flatbread recipe? I try to keep avocado out of my house due to an allergy? Otherwise these recipes look great, I'm new to macros, and have never blocked anything. These will be a great help getting started.
