I'm new to the whole keto diet. Anyone care to share tips. I found myself eating foods with a bunch of sugars and starchy goods. In not into the whole cal counting as I sometimes forget to log my food. Any meal idea?

I suggest keeping it real simple. Just aim for meat and green vegetables at every meal and don't snack between meals.0

If you have not checked out http://www.dietdoctor.com/lchf then I would recommend it. I find it very useful in helping me plan meals.1

I'm in the keep food simple camp. I'll have coffee for breakfast and if hungry, a couple of eggs. I Crack mine in a bowl and microwave them for 2 minutes. If I need something more exciting I'll glob some cream cheese on them while they're hot. Lunch is rarely more than some quick tuna salad or a few lunchmeat/pickle roll ups. I cook dinner every night. Tonight is London broil on the grill with a salad. Last night I made shrimp with mushroom alfredo and a salad.
Think of something you'd enjoy and add the word keto or low carb to the dish (keto meatloaf, low carb fried chicken) and Google a recipe. There is a world of keto and low carb recipe sites. You'll get directed to them. I don't use them much. My husband isn't much into pork rinds or using them as a sub in recipes. Just using that as an example. I like pork rinds.

Pork rinds are my go to snack food. I also will sprinkle a little shredder cheese on them and microwave for 10-15 secs just to melt the cheese. It's almost like nachos.0
