Whipped cream dispenser

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for ideas on things I can make with my new whipped cream dispenser.
I have gotten to the point that whipped cream in a can is too sweet (normal sugar) and wanted to make my own with whatever sweetener I want.
So, plain whipped cream and a chocolate one are on my to do list.
Any other ones?

    Something with lemon, maybe?
    Is this the canister that you charge with those little nitrous cartridges?

    Flavor it with strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, lemon, almond extract, vanilla extract, orange extract, mint extract, vanilla and cinnamon, the options are endless.

    I'm not sure what gas is in it. It is called ISi chargers. Coffee shops use them to make their own whipped cream too.

    My first recipe is a lime cheesecake whip. Very yummy and I made it up completely by myself. I'm thinking I'm going to really like this kitchen gadget.

    we had one that has aluminium for the top part, but that corrodes. the steel head also allows for 'warm' items as well (not that I want any, but... you might)
