    I saw that today (kiwi here) the problem with this potato is that it wouldn't crisp up like most people want. If you try roast them or chip them I guarantee they will taste like crud. Besides it's probably gmo, I don't trust them.

    It is an interesting product and may catch on. As mentioned by someone in the article though, why not just eat fewer potatoes. Put less on our plates. Thanks for sharing.
