My number one struggle is avoiding treats at parties and maintaining my eating on Fri and sat. What is yours?

    Over drinking or snacking during resting time. While watching tv or playing games after work.

    Yeah trying to keeping the snacking and drinking as healthy as possible is the first step. We've switched to popcorners boom chicka pop halo ice cream etc diet mixers for drinking
