Down .8 to get back to my previous all time low of 209.8, which I hit two weeks ago.

It has taken me two weeks to lose the 2# I gained after hitting my all time low. Frustrating but at least I'm back were I was! With two WIs left in June I plan to close out the first half of 2017 at a new low weight.

Feel good for two reasons: last weekend we visited our oldest son, DIL and grandkids. Ate what was prepared and still lost weight. DIL is an excellent cook and son grilled out the meats; chicken breasts and cheeseburger on Saturday night!

Knowing how to eat in any situation has been a learning experience
    1. Portion control
    2. Prepare healthy snacks for the four hour drive
    3. Take my own breakfast goodies for one or two mornings (yogurt/fruit
    4. Enjoy the walks with family

Congrats Jim! I lose the same way, but as long as we're trending down, might as well stick with what works. And congrats on managing the mini vaca! Nice work!

I am down 1#. My goal for this week is to keep it off ... Cottage for son's ribs today, wine tasting and brewery visiting tomorrow, golf outing Sat followed by the cottage and Father's day Sunday. Oy!
