K_Life, that is awesome. Are you doing laps or water aerobics or more recreational fun in the pool? Thanks for sharing!

Hi LyssahFry! I wanted to share my current workout, which is aerobic-related, although adjusted for pregnancy. The instructions are in Bulgarian, but it should be ok since the video tutorials are very detailed. You can try it at https://fitnesinstruktor.com/bremenni/

Hi! I am just pregnant so don't have to deal with a big bump yet, but and doing kickboxing on music. The kind only women do, where you are standing 4 on a bag punching a bag and feeling a bit silly most of the time. It is very intense though and your whole body aches after a good lesson. The teacher wanted me to quit, but I insisted (after speaking to the GP, who is my sister and pregnant herself), that I wanted to come until it wasn't feeling right any longer.
Then I am swimming, with my son. When he has class, after 1 hour of free swimming with me, I do laps when there is space in the pool lanes. If not, I just shower and watch his class.
I had to give up yoga but didn't really like it anyways.... Bit lame and slow and you never work yourself in a sweat :)

I've been doing normal aerobic videos, some prenatal some not, and just modifying any laying on back stuff.
