This week we are focusing on slowing things down and taking some time for ourselves. Using the Calm app or Calm.com to focus on breathing and meditate this week.

Please post daily when you are using the app.

    I use my Fitbit to track exercise! This is just a quick 22 min walk that helped clear my mind on my lunch break! Fitbit also provides "guided breathing" similar to the calm app- but to a lesser extent..! Keep up the good work Gals!

    I like the rain sounds better.. did post yesterday, but I was in there.. it's a great way to make yourself step away for a few minutes
