What did you have for lunch today?

I'm in a rut when it comes to lunch and it is boring. Life is too short to have boring meals. What did you have for lunch today and was it on your plan?

Note, I have the same thing everyday for breakfast and I like it. I have lots of variety for dinner which I like. Lunch is my problem.

    TOL and I usually have a sandwich of:
    Joseph's Multi-grain flatbread (garlic and herb)
    2 slices prepackaged 95% fat-free ham luncheon meat
    2slices 98% fat-free turkey breast lunch meat
    1slice Sargento ultra thin cheese slices
    5 SPs, and with lettuce and perhaps pickle slices, a filling lunch.
    We also have a piece of fruit.

    Half PBJ:
    Orowheat - Extra Grainy 17 Grains and Seeds, 1 slice
    52 grams extra chunky peanut butter
    1 pack Smuckers grape jelly

    It's my goto lunch lately.. it's freely available at work, quick, easy, keeps me full until dinner, and fits my daily plan.

    Salad w/4 oz. imitation crab and 2 tbls lite ranch dressing. Pineapple on the side.

    Lunch is usually my biggest meal, out of a 1500 calories day.

    Yesterday:
    Grilled chicken over a colorful garden salad w/ Thai vinaigrette, small apple(5 oz), 2 oz. cashews. 627 calories.

    Today:
    Leftover spicy chicken stir fry w/ 2 oz. cashews, no rice, small (5 oz) apple. 608 calories.

    Rice (Uncle Bens 90 second microwaved
    Broccoli
    Water chestnuts
    Soy sauce
    bag of Szechuan style asparagus (Pictsweet brand)
