It's been an up and down week, I think my body is adjusting to the large increase of exercise (almost nothing to 30-60min, 5-6 a week), I've found a combination of swimming and walking has kept me interested and motivated. I already feel better despite minimal loss this week. Trying to stay focused on the long term goal!

Normal water weight fluctuations can mask fat loss don't be disheartened some weeks you may not see a loss or even s gain but it's the overall trend that counts2 -
