I decided to post this LTL because I had a NSV today. I was able to wrap a gym towel around my waist!
Of course it was below my spare tire but I proudly wore it from the shower to my locker!
The biggest and best change is my ability and DESIRE to do physical exercise. I do some activity seven days a week now. That is after years of a sedentary desk job and only activity was mow the grass, shovel snow or walk the dog.

I was the best dressed guy in my office for a while. Me. Ha.
Odd but after I got to goal I started buying my clothes at Marshals.1 -

I love being able to move more comfortably--that alone is worth the price of admission! I'm still not a huge hot, humid weather fan but it doesn't zap me nearly as much as it did when I was carrying another 80 pounds!
My blood work suggests I'm a healthier guy now than I have been in decades, though to be honest, it really wasn't all that bad before (somehow).
I used to consider and call myself a light sleeper. Little did I know that I was a light sleeper because I wasn't sleeping. I'm sure I was just this side of being diagnosed with sleep apnea. Now, I sleep and rest better and more effectively than I did for a good 10 years!
Like others, I appreciate not dressing in dark baggy feedsacks anymore. I'm not a fashion plate by any means but whoda thunk I actually like wearing clothes that fit that are more colorful than anything I used to have in my closet.0
