One day to go - are we all ready? What is your goal for week one?

For me, to get back into regular exercise of SOME sort - a SMART goal for me is two sessions of walking minimum half hour and two sessions strength training. That way if I do more = awesome!
PLUS log in daily! I eat more or less the same things work days so have made 'quick add' meals so its not too much of a drama. Plus I add meals in advance for week if Im pretty sure I know what Im having. Roll on Monday 26 June (week one)

Week one here we go! My goal this week is 3 strength and 3 yoga (doyogawithme free site) and log in daily. I will weigh in tomorrow, forgot to this morning. Have a great day0
