This month's theme comes to you courtesy of @kfat1JUMP IN June....a motivational challenge? Jump on in, feet first, full steam ahead, make a plan and jump right into it with all your determination, no excuses, just get it done! Make weekly goals, challenges and just jump in and do it! By the end of June, look back at your challenges and see which ones you JUMPED IN and GOT DONE!
Excellent idea!
The challenge starts tomorrow. So go ahead and post your goals, whether it be nailing down plan basics, increasing your fitness, or adopting healthy habits. A few of you suggested a jumping jack challenge for yourselves. Anything is fair game as long as it's in pursuit of your health or fitness.
Jump on in!

LAST WEEK!
Git er done!3 -
Gitting er done. So pumped! Really am monitoring myself and sticking with it. Hopefully this week of great progress will carry me through next week, which is the last week this summer of a full dance card.
Right now, I feel anything's possible. If I just keep saying "no" for now, I just might do it this time.

100 step jacks yesterday plus 100 of the others. 9 minute stretch.
105 of all today plus 10 minute stretch. Done.2 -
6/22: Did a body beast workout. I think my shoulder and knee are about back to normal so I can get on track with strength training.2
-
6/22: Full Body Dumbbell. I killed that video. And now my inner thighs are mad.

Tonight is a double whammy challenge. I'm so pumped to beat the triggers! Feeling like I'm dodging bullets that are thrown at me almost daily in my once happy little social world, but I'm on my feet and will come out swinging tonight. No excuses. No hiding. No shame!5

Just finished up a 84+ hrs. fast, today was feasting day, tomorrow it is back to my standard LCHF meals.
Fasting got my ketones back up .08 even after two meals today. I also hit a new lower weight, I know I will get a bounce up, but atleast I am bouncing from a lower number . Just a little over a week till my birthday, so I think I am going to make my goal of being under my original weight loss number.1 -
6/23: 1hr yard stomp1
-
Had a slight backtrack this weekend, stayed keto foodwise - overdid the drinks.
Have a few days left in June to pull it back together for a hopefully great report.
All in all this month has seen more progress than most of last year in terms of focus and success...so, its been a great starting point.
Any word on the challenge for July? Can't wait!2 -
6/24: cleaned, fast and furious, for over 2 hours.
6/25: another yard stomp, 1hr.

I did get out for a walk, some yard work and strawberry picking over the weekend but overall the June challenge was a fail on my part. I've been lax in taking my vitamins and noticing how much that negatively impacts my energy level and drive.
I have discovered microwave keto English muffins though, a nice addition to my breakfast rotation.0 -
6/26: Strength and Cardio HIIT

Still on track here.
I was having some severe acid reflux last week, but I think I got that figured out and handled.0 -
I'll be camping either Wed or Thurs through the 4th, so I already have the July challenge thread up.

All in all a good month. Might miss my goal by 2 pounds, but that means I've still lost 10. That is good enough. Refuse to feel bad about that. In fact, I guess I feel pretty encouraged and will head into the July challenge fully motivated to knock off the next 10 pounds!2

6/27: Cardio Sculpt and 15min Anytime, Anywhere Workout
I'll be gone later today camping for the rest of the month. Walking, biking, swimming, and lounging in a chair READING! WAHOO!2
