    This is a WAY before pic of me in 1987 after losing 80# on WW I got near 200#.
    That was the last time I was near where I am now.

    These are great; thanks everyone! I'll try to upload something later today but our internet connection is agonizingly slow and unpredictable (momentary lapses). I guess they call that a 'first-world problem', but sometimes it frustrates the hell out of me!
